Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed, it immediately enters our fulfillment process to ensure timely dispatch. Due to this rapid processing, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after confirmation.

Return Policy

We understand that there may be rare occasions when you wish to return a product. To ensure a smooth return experience, kindly take note of the following guidelines:

Initiating a Return:
To request a return, please email us at support@findoraa.store within 5 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return.

Pickup Process:
Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup from your location within 4 business days.

Refund Timeline:
After the product is picked up and successfully inspected, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Invoice Requirement:
To complete the return process, the original invoice included with the package must be provided. Returns without a valid invoice will not be accepted.

Important: Returns will only be accepted for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or not working upon delivery. In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photo or video proof, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
